Media Presence - Facebook

Over the course of the three years we've been asked to work on setting up a proper presence within the media in as many forms as we can think of. Immediately one of the first things that I set up was a Facebook account to promote myself as a professional artist and to gradually gain a small following of fans.

Well its been a year or so now since setting it up and its going quite well actually! I had a little under 100 followers on my Facebook and the people who have liked my work always have good critiques for it that help me to be a better artist on the whole. It also helps me to work along side the public.

I've really enjoyed making my Facebook page as its really fun to update it, but on the other hand it can be a real hassle to maintain when you have a lot of things to do and if you don't keep updating it people start to wonder if you're really with bothering with on Facebook at all which is why I've been trying my best to keep updated. That said because things have been so damn busy with uni now that its coming to the end of the course I've had to stop updating as much and I've recently stopped all together. Thankfully I've not lost any likes on the page which is good, plus I think i might have actually gained a few in my absence which is always nice!

Below are a few screenshots of my page, as well as a link to it where you can like the page and keep updated on my work!

So far people are really enjoying my work and I'm looking forward to showing them more of what I can do. If any of the tutors would like to like my work then that would be nice, the link to my Facebook page can be found here -> https://www.facebook.com/HazardousConcepts?fref=ts
I'm actually going to do a lot of editing of my page, getting rid of some old posts that were mainly scribbles to provide a more professional look for my artwork. The future of the page is exciting and I look forward to seeing how it goes.
