Publishing My Book: LuLu

After doing some thinking into how I'd like to go about publishing my book I have decided upon using Lulu to do so.

Lulu is a website that was released in 2002 with the purpose of being able to self publish your own books at reasonably inexpensive cost. With Lulu there is no real middleman and no one to tell you "no we won't be publishing your book," if you want to publish something then you simply publish it.

The website has a variety of templates that you can use in order to create your book or you can simply design your own layout for an individual look. Lulu also has various customisation options for the pages, text, placement and paper quality of your book, meaning you can have anything from mat comic style paper to glossy poster print paper with the touch of a button and at very little extra cost.

All being well my project should cost me roughly £16 for my book to be published and sent to me, though this could change depending on how many pages I end up doing so for now its a mer estimate. However I'm really looking forward to using the site to publish my own works as I've bought books from the website before that have been made by others and the books have always arrived looking wonderful and of very nice quality.
